I began my own wellness journey as a result of many years of suffering from chronic migraines, chronic fatigue, digestive issues and anxiety. This led to me seeking answers through my own diet and lifestyle choices. Through healing and improving my own health, I embraced nutritional therapy as part of my lifestyle and went on to study for my qualification at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I feel very passionate about helping people with their individual health needs and achieve their goals.

I have pursued a keen interest in gut health and children’s health since discovering my son’s Asperger’s Syndrome. He also suffers from chronic asthma and allergies. Working with his gut and removing certain foods from his diet, along with a gut-healing programme, saw massive improvements in his health and wellbeing. He now uses very limited medication for his asthma.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I never even made it to a class because I signed up for an account and then just emails and texts again and again. I asked several times to have my name and details removed from any lists but the messages keep coming - texts and email at the same time today! The texts you can not block on your phone as there is no number associated so be very careful before you give them your details. Such a shame, it sounds like their classes are great but not the way they handle clients email and phone numbers.
